Thirty 7 West began as a vision that grew from my own journey.
I’m Julia, a hairstylist, salon owner, and mentor with over a decade of experience behind the chair. Like many stylists, my path wasn’t linear. I rebuilt my business from the ground up, learned the hard lessons of growth, and discovered that true success isn’t just about skill, it’s about confidence, alignment, and believing in yourself before the results show up.
Along the way, I fell in love with the process of becoming, not just as a stylist, but as a leader. I’m deeply passionate about helping women feel confident in their own skin, whether that’s through beautiful hair, intentional space, or honest conversations about growth and ambition.
Thirty7West was created as a reflection of that belief. It’s more than a salon, it’s a place where beauty and purpose meet. Where clients feel cared for, stylists feel supported, and everyone who walks through the door leaves feeling more aligned with who they’re becoming.
When I’m not in the salon, you can usually find me spending time with my husband Jake and family, at a Pilates class, or enjoying a matcha from a local coffee shop.
